We will obtain the necessary Grant of Representation, deal with the assets in the estate and any resulting trusts, sort out and settle the liabilities, pay any taxes and deal with the Capital Taxes Office, pay any legacies and distribute the estate in accordance with the Will or Intestacy rules.
